Who should win the 'battle' at DAL SWA or Virgin America?

Who do you favor landing the two gates at Dallas-Love Field, Southwest or Virgin?

Redwood would leave DFW for Love and add three new cities in addition to LAX and SFO. Southwest is offering 17 cities in its bid.

My thought is Virgin to keep with the spirit of the ruling to keep it fair as Southwest would dominate the airport.

I think Southwest will win the gates as it is a better bid and will keep DFW fares in check to all these cities.

Then there is the Delta plan: let everyone play.

Personally, I favor SWA as they plan to add 17 destinations total out of those 2 gates

City of Dallas awarded the gates to Virgin today. No surprise here.
