Amazon Air announced the launch of a new hub at AFW last month:

I'd suspect that the three existing Amazon flights from DFW to Seattle, Cincinnati and Allentown might be shifted to AFW when the new hub opens, though it's worth noting that three Amazon fulfillment centers are located along West Bethel Rd on the opposite side of the LBJ from DFW Airport (I work at one of those centers and often see planes taking off and/or landing at 17C/35C or 17R/35L). There are also three Amazon fulfillment centers located in the area around AFW.
