It has emerged that on a November 26 Air India flight from New York Kennedy to Delhi (DEL), a drunken passenger walked up to a
woman in her 70s seated in busines class, unzipped his pants and urinated on her. The woman, who claims Air India did nothing about the incident, saw her clothes, shoes, and bag covered in urine. She was forced to sit in the same seat for several hours afterwards.
The above incident played out again on a December 6 Air India flight from Paris DeGaulle (CDG) to Delhi when another drunken passenger micturated on the blanket of a female passenger. In this case, the man was allowed to leave upon arrival after the woman declined to press charges.
