Overall, these are pretty healthy numbers across the board that I have to imagine put smiles on the faces of various airline executives. I'd love to know how many of the F and J seats are being filled on these aircraft as well, but alas, we will have to do with raw numbers. If someone is aware of an airline blocking seats on any of the routes, please let me know and I can adjust the estimates.
How did we arrive at the data?
I took publicly available seat counts and other published data (OAG, airline sites etc.) showing available seats for sale, ran that against the actual passenger counts that were provided by DFW Airport, and came up with these estimates. I do not guarantee 100% accuracy, but I think we are fairly close to the true numbers.
