QATAR to cancel IAH and bring a380 to DFW.

I spoke to a reliable source and was told that it will be announced on June 20 that Qatar will terminate IAH and bring an a380 to Dallas in October. I know its hard to believe but we will see

I would bet my next paycheck against this one. Qatar will not get the first of their 13 ordered 380s until June, and they have already announced it will be on the London Heathrow routes. I also would doubt they would put a 380 on a brand new route as well.

I would still lean heavily towards the 380 operator being Emirates.

Greg I am with you. My bet is British or Emirates or Qantas (it is QA's summer travel season).

I see. I was told this by an American Airline Employee. When I asked again he said he didn't know for sure. When I first asked him he said Etihad then was like I meant QATAR. Anyways I know this is an off topic question but I heard Voloris got a thumbs up to do a Dallas Mexico City route.......Will it happen? What do you think?

Who has 380's to spare and does not have to answer to little guy shareholders? Answer that and you will have at least an educated guess.
